He has a lot of haters on this board. I hope yall see why Jans has him out there now
I’ve never understood the hate. He fills up a stat sheet most games.
Had 4 ORB, 4 DRB, and 4 steals, In the first half. Finally got gassed. Hell of a game for him.
Tonight DJ did what DJ needs to do in order for us to win some basketball games.
He didn’t take forced shots and he didn’t dribble dribble dribble with the shot clock winding down and take a bad 3 attempt.

One thing this team has is fight and resilience. DJ Jeffries personifies that. OK, I guess that's two things.
He played a helluva defensive game. He is hard to handle in that 1-3-1 zone. (I think it was )
His defense is damn near elite

He sure did. Kudos to him he is a helluva defender. He has also learned to control himself on offense too.
True, but unfortunately, he also has a bunch of boneheaded plays every game.
If he would just play his game instead of trying to do too much, he’d be great.
That’s been the biggest thing I’ve noticed about him. He knows his role way better this year
what if I told you that part of his game is trying to do too much at times.
So does most of the team. It’s not exclusive to him.

They are trying to learn how to win. I hope they have more to learn.
It's part of his game - he is aggressive and that sometimes leads to playing beyond his ability.
He is a heavily played 5th year player- those players don't exist in college unless they have a glaring weakness to go with all they do well.
You take the bad with all the good because that is how he plays.
Suggesting you can’t take the good without the bad is pretty degrading to players.
He played well tonight.

I did chuckle that you claimed I was degrading players and then followed that with the comment that Jeffries does a lot of stupid stuff which wouldn't happen if he used his head.

Jeffries played really well tonight and has played better overall this season that he did last season. I have consistently said thru the last 3 years that I think Jeffries is an asset to the team and is a net positive on the court.
I was making a joke about you always defending people.
Fact: Jeffries played well last night.

Fact: Jeffries could play well and do less dumb stuff.
