An education appears not to be a concern for many. Not that this matters at all but don't you have to have taken a certain percentage of your hours to earn a bachelor's degree from somewhere? If you go to 4 different schools over 4 years how can you graduate?
Don't know, but I am guessing you have that backwards. For high school, I suspect what matters more than anything is grade inflation. You have plenty of places that will give high school degrees to people that are functionally illiterate.School is easier now than it ever has been. There are now plenty of advisors, classes, tutors, etc. that can show you how to score better and stay eligible for whatever you are trying to do. High school especially, and most college majors.
