Do we have any full time staff evaluating portal players?

On the other board, C34 alleges that OM has 7-8 staff dedicated to evaluating portal players and we have none. I can't imagine this is true? Surely we have a couple of GAs who's major duty is evaluating portal prospects? If not, that says a lot.
