in the airport code, then click on the tail number you can see who it is registered to. MSU's is registered under Bancorpsouth Hattisburg its a beachjet.

BancorpSouth was so fond of flying in and out of there. Why is is registered that way?

And the two planes that are used out of MSU's hanger in Starkville are one owned by Franklin Furniture and one owned by the MSU Foundation. Tail numbers N370FC and N404MS, respectively.

it means MSU is leasing the plane under a long-term lease from BancorpSouth.

Thats what I was wondering...I was told that it was owned by the foundation, and even when you see the partner's list on the Flight Dept website, it only list the Foundation and Franklin Furniture. That makes sense with the lease.

We use to have 4 planes, with other two belonging to Furniture Brands International.

Ironically, the FBI(Furniture Brands Inc) headquarters are on the 5th floor in Bancorpsouth's main office in Tupelo .......
