Doesn't sound like we'll get much of a look at Sanders in spring

Being that he was, by far, our biggest portal pickup, it would have generated a little excitement to see him get some touches in the spring and give some optimism for the RB position in the fall. But he's in a sling and Beamer said they probably won't be able to get him doing any skill stuff until maybe the end of spring. Based on our history of projecting return from injury, I expect that means we won't see him this spring. Guess he's dealing with a torn labrum. Pittman said it would require surgery so not sure if he had the surgery and is recovering or if it was able to start healing up on its own.

I'm 100% OK with that. I want to see what Howell and Attaway can do. We got an up close and personal view of Rocket in 22.

Would still like to have seen him come in for a series, pop off a few big runs and then chill the rest of the game.

It's true, if he's healthy, there's not much to wonder about. It's still an "if" though.

I would rather have him in the Fall then the Spring, this is year 4 for him, I believe he will be fine.

I'm already optimistic on the backs, especially excited to see Howell
