that is 4400 tickets. So the Gym holds 18,000. Where/who gets the other 13,600 tickets? Is it possible for an average joe to go to Little Rock and get in the game? Assuming the face value is $53, what would I have to pay a scalper?

Little Rock, home of the Indians.
That is hilarious. LR is a Hog town to the core. ASU has about as many fans in LR as MUW has in Jackson. With that said though, LR is a terrible sports town in the sense if the Pigs ain't playing.......nobody cares. So, there should be some tickets pop up throughout the week from the locals.

To answer the other guy's question as for the 13,000....some local businesses...the rest ticket brokers. See Stub Hub and ebay. Lots of tickets for sale at ridiculous prices.

There will be two sessions Friday and one Sunday. You only get tickets for the session your team is in.
So you will get tickets for the Friday session in which State plays and only if they advance will get get tickets for Sunday's session.
The tickets can only be picked up by the Bulldog Club member of an immediate family member (spouse or child).

That way there will be 2,200 tickets issued to participating schools for each of the three sessions.
