9-2 on regional opening day….after a record 11 teams made the field.

The 11th best SEC team (Florida) completely handled the 3rd best Big 12 team (Nebraska). Big 12 was the 3rd strongest RPI league. Vandy was the only real letdown.

Tomorrow will tell, the tale. Big12 looked very good today. K state, Texas, both Oklahomas

edit - both UCF and wvu won too…. Big12 probably most impressive conference today

It feels like you’re telling more than asking, but if you’re asking then no.

I thought it was going to be a pretty awful day for the top of the ACC, but Clemson and NC found a way in the 9th in their games. UNC overcame a 3 run deficit to LIU, who's known for great baseball***

Point of order: Nebraska hasn't been in the Big 12 since Obama's first term.

Meh. The sec will always be the best conference but the teams this year just weren’t that great relative to the past. . I’m not sure there was a Friday arm to fear except Hagan Smith and Khal.

Very top heavy. This years Tennessee team would stack up with any of the past 4/5 years
