Both of those guys have hung around MLB longer than I had anticipated. Good for them. I'll pull for them, for sure!
Lowe and Stratton are both great guys from great families. So happy for both.
Stratton just grinds, he'll hang on a long time. Will never get a huge contract, but in the end he'll be very well off.
Stratton’s son is in first grade now, so I think it’s gotten a little trickier for them logistically, trying to be together as much possible during the season. If he hangs on til he hits 10 years of service time, I suspect he’ll hang it up then.

As long as someone’s gonna pay him 7 figures, I imagine he might keep going. He made $2.8 million this year. He’s 33 though so he’s getting on up there. The decision of when he hangs it up will probably be made for him at some point.
