If you're wanting a freshman to come in and play, history tells you you'll be disappointed.

JUCO/transfer, sure. But it's not exactly easy to convince an upperclassman to come sign with us when we have a returning starter and another guy who's played a ton slated to man the other side.

Yeah NFL corners come around just that often.

Which is probably why the dumber segment of our fanbase is cutting up, I guess they expect us to have that level of CB on every team. Not happening.

He was my boy the last two seasons. Love Emerson’s physicality and the way he plays. He is NFL ready, IMO.

Hopefully he has a good, long career.

The quality of defensive linemen and cornerbacks that have come through MSU in the last decade or so has been incredible.
