One of the metrics in the FPI is projected win-loss record, and currently, the computer is predicting that Colorado will finish with only six wins.
If Colorado starts 3-0 though, a 6-6 finish would feel like a disappointment, even if it would mean just the third bowl trip for the program in the last 16 seasons.

The problem is their schedule gets really tough. They have 6 ranked teams left on their schedule.

What does that computer say about our final record, or does it not give a crap?

@Oregon 9/29 then the next week USC. I can easily 2 L's right there.
Even at 6-6 considering where they were last year will be a big step up.
I agree. 6-6 for a team that won one game last year, after turning the whole roster over would be amazing. Excited to see what the future holds.

They have exceeded expectations for sure, but their schedule gets real after their next game. They will probably be sitting at 3-0, though, before they get into the meat of their schedule.

If Deion stays more than 2 years there I'll be surprised. I think the future holds continued 4-6 win seasons.
