Things have headed down.

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen got busted for selling drugs out the back door.
Lakeland Yard and Garden's prices have increased significantly
Flowood Medical Clinic is now in Hattiesburg
and now Hartfield Academy is the Auburn of high school football.

They are getting a Bojangles soon.

You are forgetting they brought in Popeyes, Aldi's and they are currently building the 15th car wash in the Flowood area right next to Aldi*****

Also Arby’s, a chain burger place I have never visited called ‘smalls sliders’,, and allegedly Walk Ons will be building in the Popeye’s / Bojangles area.
Assuming the car washs develop some sort of business plan, I don‘t understand how it makes sense to build almost next door to another one. The existing one is fine and never extremely busy.
