From NashvilleWhere the hell are they getting their data?
Probably need to wait til Freeze coaches his first year there before seeing what kind of effect he has on attendance.Boy Auburn fans did not handle the Freeze hiring well.
Seriously, I have no idea how they came up with this data but I don’t put much stock in it.

FIFYI can see it. Weaveragedreported about 50K per football game in a 60K stadium
Here is your answer.Seriously, I have no idea how they came up with this data.
" people who claimed each team as their favorite college team among people who watched or attended college football games"Our stadium holds 62K to 63K. This will be the first season in a very long time we played 8 games. We have played seven games at home goin way back. 7 X 63K=441K. Where do they get the 516K to begin with?
With our schedule That can't be correct either. I think he pulled those numbers out his *** because he did not like the teams on there." people who claimed each team as their favorite college team among people who watched or attended college football games"
My guess is "watched" meant TV audiences also but not sure of that.
Might want to recheck our stadium capacity. Ahh, what the heck, I'll do it for ya'. From the annals of Hailstate .com. I was guessing on capacity. But it was to make a point and you made it better that his starting numbers are bogus. Now to your point the Auburn game of 2014 we had 62,941 in attendance. I am guessing seating compacity and total compacity are different.Might want to recheck our stadium capacity. Ahh, what the heck, I'll do it for ya'. From the annals of Hailstate .com. So there you have it. We reduced capacity down to about 60K to make room for the Balconies. And FWIW, I hope we reduce it down further to about 50-55K, to allow for the installation of full chairback seating in the lower bowl. Which we had plans for when Cohen was here. Selmon, I'm sure, is being brought up to date on this and other projects forthcoming.

It’s not attendance.Auburn lost almost 50% of their attendance. That's got to hurt.
