Cliff hates us......and he has every reason to.Drew who?
What say you, Veilleux?
Good for him. And it's also weird considering how many people think he should be benched against Ohio U.
Like this scenario. but Penn State hasn't shown the propensity of late for jumping out to big leads early, regardless of the opponent. I'd like to see Clifford play the first half, and then bring the backups in to finish out the game.
And ideally for you, Beth Mowins stops by your tailgate for a scone and latte after the game!!!It would draw a lot of questions, but I don’t think it would be a bad idea to start Allar against ohio u and give him most of the snaps. Get him game experience and rest Clifford for the long season, especially given his track record of getting hurt. Franklin could clearly state that it wasn’t a benching and that Clifford is fine but just got a day off.
The above won’t happen. Ideally for me, Clifford starts and plays well, leading PSU to a big lead early. Allar takes over in the 2nd quarter and contributes to a big win. Veilleux also plays in the 2nd half.

She is stopping by the shot clock Saturday. She likes the “gin and juice”.And ideally for you, Beth Mowins stops by your tailgate for a scone and latte after the game!!!

That's just crazy talk. I'm really glad he returned as he might not be the most physically gifted of our QBs but has a huge advantage - between the ears and experience - over our other QBs. Not a shot at all to Allar or any of the others, but there's OBVIOUSLY more to playing QB than just dropping back and firing missiles down field. With Cliff, we have a shot at a really decent seasonGood for him. And it's also weird considering how many people think he should be benched against Ohio U.
