Any truth to the rumor that there's an incentive for games in which Iowa's offense outscores their defense? That's gotta happen at least once or twice a year and should be rewarded.
Have to love this move as an Iowa fan. They deserve no less.
My thoughts exactly. But the cheery on top of this Sunday is that the 25 pts per game includes defensive points scored. The office of the Iowa AD confirmed this clause. Laughable!
I wonder what happens if he doesn't reach the incentives. I'm sure Kirk has a plan to make sure his boy has a job somewhere. Maybe a lifetime admin job.
Kirk wants Brian to replace him when he steps down by all accounts. Their portal acquisitions scream "let's buy Brian another 2 years" under these terms after their previous years (lack of) activity. I'd be happy to see them both canned.
Everyone has a weakness. Kirk's weakness is his son. This should be exploited.
