Maybe this is a dumb question but why are 10 million people following an 18-year-old college freshman on anything? That make me sound like I'm 100 but I really don't know.
Young people are bored and have short attention spans. So, the stuff they do on Tik Tok (mostly dancing, various challenges, etc.) is perfect. It's portable interactrive entertainment and is always available. It's super dumb too; basically, an economy of nothing. If you are pretty, financially well off, and have a lot of free time, you do what this girl did - make videos about 'blind box' openings, dance challenges, etc. It's like crack for kids.
I’m guessing it’s mostly fellow teenagers or people who find her interesting. A lot of the people who follow her on Instagram probably also follow her on TikTok and Twitter so it’s probably more like 5 million people follow her but some double dip or even triple dip.
I checked out her page and I believe my one friend has almost as many followers as she does. I don’t think this girl is actually famous she just posts a lot and probably has a good personality
Did she ink an NIL deal first? But seriously, is NFL team paying a college student for this work any kind of conflict?
She is frigging gorgeous! Does PSU do as well in the social media world? Does she actually make that kind of money listed above? Hard to believe working for a NFL team would be a conflict in this day's world! She sure has made a name for herself fast at a young age! That is the name of the game for many today!
