A piece of trash because he is trying to hold onto his money? That makes a lot of people trash, I guess.

He was 15? Could be any number of reasons; doesn't impact the judgment, which is likely non-dischargeable.
Wow. A juvenile can't go to jail, but they can pay a multimillion dollar judgement? If he was truly 15, I'm surprised they didn't go after Dad for the cash. Dad has the cash and there was no predicting that a 15 year old would ever accumulate over 11 million.

Think this kind of tort law varies from state to state; and the lawsuit was filed in 2016 I believe, so not like the guy waited until Shilo had his own money to sue. But, Shilo didn't show up to court to defend himself. Oops.

This is a very strange situation as Shiloh decides to file for bankruptcy over a civil case claiming $12M from him. Not sure the details other that it was something going back to his HS days where he assaulted a person which led to severe injuries. The court said the he tried to conceal income and assets so he could avoid the payout. This led the court to look at his financial, banking and tax records and something does not match. If he falsified income to evade taxes, he could be in for some bigger problems - not sure he can use bankruptcy to evade taxes.

the numbers he allegedly has from NIL deals reflect possible tax evasion. these issues are not related to the NCAA and he may be headed down a very bad road.

The reported assault is questionable; although it seems that a lot of people want to assume he is guilty. There was a civil judgement levied against him because he did not appear to contest it. There is a question as to whether or not he even knew about the suit.

Let's not forget that he is being advised by attorney's. I am sure it wasn't his idea to declare bankruptcy.
