I don’t think it was intentional, but it was helmet to helmet to the temple area of Chop’s head. He went down immediately and appeared to be crying. I’ve been around a few people who have had bad concussions, including my son, and uncontrollable emotions can be part of it. Unfortunately, for Chop, I don’t think we will see him for a few weeks. As far as the hit, I don’t think it was intentional, but I do think it would have been fair to flag it as targeting (by rule).
