College football is on its way to becoming the same as AAA baseball in that sport. And who pays $200 for a ticket to the Columbus Clippers or the LV Iron Pigs??

I’d pay a couple hundred bucks to go back and watch Milton Bradley’s walk off grand slam to win the Eastern League for the senators!

My reading of this, basically, is that the NCAA can enforce their standards only as they pertain to schools which are part of the NCAA. Junior Colleges aren’t under the NCAA’s purview, as they’re members of a separate organization. Lawyers are gonna law.

So who gets a scholarship - the kid right out of HS, or the 20 year old with three years JC experience? This is a clown show.

So then why can’t the ncaa say their rule is any kid entering straight into college has 4 years of eligibility and anyone not entering straight into college (including Jucos) only has 2 years? That would be the standard for their schools.

Judges shouldn’t be involved in dictating any of this minutia and leaving fallout in their wake. It’s destroying the sport.
