The PSAA does have a Spain Chapter. I'm not sure if they have a web site -- the PSAA web site doesn't have a link to the Spain Chapter's web site.

The PSAA web site does list contact info for the Spain Chapter's President. You might contact him to see if they sponsor a TV viewing party and/or he has any suggestions for where your wife can watch the game. The contact info is:
