So what’s up with the Robert Windsor lawsuit vs Penn State that he claims is coming big time this fall ? It’s posted on the ON3 premium board, but figured it may be easier to find out about it over here.

Well, there wasn’t a settlement in the case so I can only assume that there is no NDA or gag order, so Windsor is free to speak his mind. Suffice to say, however, that given his comments that he wants to wait to speak out until Penn State football is in the spotlight, this will be a distraction to the program. How big of a distraction? I guess we’ll find out soon.

Windsor wasn't a party to the suit, just a witness. He's free to say whatever he wants.

Coaches and doctors, coaches and players, doctors and players always have differences over medical issues. Let's see what, if anything, Windsor has to say and whether it differs from the run-of-the-mill.
Regarding the trial, there was testimony over differences between Lynch and Franklin. I don't recall a connection being drawn that those differences resulted in Lynch's dismissal. Seems that, once again, PSU was poorly represented by counsel.

That entire thread says a lot. Note that Cabinda is Tweeting this during a Detroit Lions game, the team he's been with since PSU days until this season. He could be bitter too but is better then that. My family walked into the BW game with him the year after he graduated and he was fantastic.
His (Jason)mother was always a positive person in regards to CJF and PSU in general. I think it's fair to assume Windsor is a loose cannon.
