This is one of those seasons that we actually shout have more than four teams. What about Georgia? What about Ohio State?

How is best team decided? On the field results? Or just bias, opinion, and conference history from past seasons?
the "best" team argument is bs. Results on the field matter. If they don't the playoff is pointless and the season is pointless. If you think and emphasize thing uga bama Michigan Texas is best just let them play 4 games and forget the rest of the season. Everyone else just close up shop. Hell if it's based on opinion of best teams just give bama the championship every year don't play the season or they can alternate with uga. Because based on heavy southern opinion they are best teams.
Well technically since the big12 championship game has been played and the CFP will be in 2024 doesn't that make Texas an SEC representative?***

What's the point of them watching the games in the first place ? If FSU gets in it's obvious all they needed were the scores because they damn sure aren't one of the best four teams in the country.
The above is my selection. My final prediction of what the committee will do:

My four got in, but FSU certainly deserved in as well. Maybe even Georgia.
After I voted here, Mullen actually convinced me FSU deserved it more than Bama. They kept winning with a 3rd string QB by simplifying the offense and relying on defense. Give them a month to give their QB the practice reps and see what they can put on the field.
But the ACC sucked this year, so screw 'em.
