The Grizzlies bench outscored the entire Thunder team 93-79.

They also had more points in the paint than the Thunder scored altogether.

Insane win. This team has had some strange scores. I don’t really know what to make of it honestly other than they seem to be showing their age.

The crazy thing about this is that is wasn't as talented as their typical bench. They were missing a couple of starters last night. So their bench players consisted of names like Culver, Altima, Konchar, and Killie.

Altima looks like he’s going to develop into a solid player. He’s already getting a little more playing time.

It's hard to get too excited about the Grizzlies because they've been so damn inconsistent. They could turn around and lose their next game by 30. And to be fair, OKC is really bad and they were missing a couple of their best players last night. But this Grizzlies team has some pieces to be excited about. They are building something.

While I wouldn’t label myself as a sports conspiracy theorist by any stretch, I also fully believe that the NBA exists for entertainment purposes, and the league’s refs call games in a way that will keep 90% of games reasonably close.

I say all that to say that for an NBA team to beat another one by that magnitude in this day and age, it is beyond unbelievable. I watched the first half last night, and i think it’s the first time in my life that I’ve seen an entire team “in the zone” for an entire game.
