I’m old enough to remember how much fun Sterling was to watch. Really, really good receiver. It’s interesting to think about what he could do in the insanely pass oriented NFL now. Congrats to him!
Thought it was Dan Reeves but apparently our Dan is not the one in the Hall of Fame, so do not know.

So glad this happened and thrilled for him! By the way, only 4 members will be inducted this year…so a great year for him to go in! Smallest class since 2005! I get why it took so long since his career was ended early…but he’s deserving!
Also worth noting Eli Manning and Adam Viniateri were not elected. I think both of those guys get in eventually.

Much deserved. My favorite Gamecock growing up as a kid in the '80s in Columbia.
Looked it up last night, Sterling is the first one. Probably won't see another one until Gilmore is eligible.
You could see in warmups that Sharpe was unique. He had speed, strength, athleticism, toughness, AND hands. Dude was an absolute unit.
