Of course, I'd love to have lost as many CWS games as they have. Hell, other than 1985, it's not like we've ever done anything in the relatively few times we've gotten there anyway.</p>

had a nice win over Fullerton in 79 followed by 2 losses. Beat Mich. if I remember correctly in 80 (or was it 81), followed by 2 losses. Had at least a couple where we lost to a good team in the first round, bounced back to beat a team that really shouldn't have been there, & then lose the 3rd (90, 97?). Have we ever gone 0-2 other than last year?

i'm pretty sure last year was the first time we went 0 and 2.

Other than that, we've been 1-2 every time we've played in the CWS except for 2-2 in 85 and 0-2 last year.
