Been happening at frat parties and happy hours for years…Years ago I knew this guy that actually gave seminars on negative sales tactics. Really not any different from negative recruiting. He told me that one of the secrets was to just plant the seed, and then channel the buyer into verbally commenting about what was lacking in the other product. Once you had him downplaying the opponent you were in. Probably easier to accomplish with teenage kids.
