Ripped from parts unknown. This is a post from a Bama fan on an open site who appears to be quoting one of the recruiting sources that talked to Fletcher after the Bama camp:

At 6 foot 4 and 245 pounds, there are not very many rush ends with his size and speed. But where he really turned some heads was with his pass-rushing.</span>

Well, unfortunately Cox is probably going to be our annual Jimmy Johns (or was that Chris Garrett this year?) or Alonzo Lawrence recruit.

Leans toward MSU and then goes to Bama. I hate to say it, but I have little faith in Croom keeping this guy vs Saban.

but it is going to be hard if he is going to take all of his visits. They are going to fill him so full of bull **** he might get fooled into switching his decision. I think MSU is the best situation for him regardless of my allegiances. If he comes here he has a chance to really be a standout and get more than just a couple years playing time.

I know that most officials are in December or January. That seems to be when the most action and the most switching occurs.

For a point of comparison here are the 2008 NFL combine 40 times for DEs. Are you going to tell me that Fletcher Cox would have been the fastest DE available for the draft this year?
