Greg is correct. Flo's rankings also state "... and redshirt freshmen with few relevant results will not appear as high as some may be expecting."

I believe SVN only appeared at the Clarion Open last season, where he went 2-2.

Facundo was a little more active, appearing at the Clarion Open (went 6-1), the Southern Scuffle (went 2-2), and Mat Town Open II (went 4-0).

Neither wrestler has enough matches, especially against quality opponents, to be ranked. This isn't new -- it's how Flo has handled true and RS freshman for many years in their preseason and early rankings.
