Football: 8-5 (4-4 SEC), won a bowl game

Basketball: 23-11 (12-4 SEC), won the West, made the NCAA's

Now that we can look back on the year, I'd say that's pretty good. I can't think of a year where we did so well in both of the big 2 sports. Can anybody else?

Maybe 1994-95 school year. Went 8-4 in football, lost *Peach Bowl, but we went to the Sweet 16.

I place an asterisk in front of the 1995 Peach Bowl because I firmly believe that we lost because of Derrick Taite being selfish and not throwing to Eric Moulds. I'm going to talk to Byrne about placing an asterisk in front of the score in the media guide and also an asterisk in front of the game that Marcus Bullard threw in the Final Four.
