clempson has a great defense, but their offense is another story thus far.

GT was very much in it until a very questionable (imo) PI call on 3rd and long. sure looked like incidental contact and even that the clemson player pushed off and lost his balance. But first down and suddenly Clemson has new life and takes advantage. In an alternate universe the call isn't made and GT has the ball, plenty of MO, and down just 4. Instead, going in the other way with yet another targeting ejection that sure just looked like a kid playing football.

That said, the GT coach makes Franklin look like an absolute genius by comparison. This guy is simply awful.

Late in 2020 I posted about attending the TX 6A championship game (limited attendance) between Southlake (Quinn Ewers) and Westlake Austin (Cade Klubnik). In my opinion CK was a more complete package. That last drive is only a single data point - but if you watched the way he moved, footwork, accuracy... that kid is going to be a Heisman contender if not next year then in 2 years for sure. He's wicked good.

The state of Texas is just a phenominal HS QB machine. Kind of interested in how Ewers does at Texas. Also didn't realize that Klubnik was the overall number 6 ranked recruit in his class. I have to agree with you, he has future star written all over him

Looks like the ACC is back to normal. Clemson is elite. Florida State and Miami are decent. Every other ACC team should be in the MAC.
