Possibility of memorabilia being sold in Tressel's 2nd year, which was 8 years ago involving way more players than previously thought.Also included memorabilia that had Tressel's name on in. This shows a clear lack of institutional control, and blatant disregard for compliance with NCAA regulations.

I don't see there being any way around them getting some of the most severe penalties we've ever seen. I doubt they get the death penalty, but the NCAA will screw them royally if they find out Tressel has known about this for more than a couple of years. And it sounds like the evidence gathering may not be done. I wonder how much more they will find.
