into the ground and you put a sign up....doesnt mean it will happen. And if it does, under the current operational plan, it will fail miserably.

what I was getting at. I fail to see how this business plan can work in Starkville, but having been gone for three years I wondered if the locals felt the same way.

On a related note, what's the local feeling on whether the development at the Cooley Building will happen without the tax increase?

being re-kindled in Jax. compromise of 1/2 %. I think it is dumb. The development is moving forward even without the CC. You will see that area developed within two years.

But why does the SDN insist on centering the text in its online articles?

Is that supposed to make it easier to read? Look better?

They might as well not have a website its so ******. Of course the paper edition isn't much better.
