I vote in Saltillo. I think voter turn out is always about the same there. A poll worker told me one of the two machines went down this morning and voters didn't want to put their ballot in the backup slot, which is like a mailbox slot at the post office. It ended up with channel 9 showing up and the machine was fixed. Heard a sweet little old lady get told by another poll worker to make sure not to say the word "driver's license" because not every voter has one. I mentioned that yes, some people have a government issued ID instead of a driver's license and thought that it is interesting that most of them drive up to the polls. I got a sideways look from one lady after that, but I like to ask questions and make people think sometimes for fun.
I live in eastern Desoto county and I arrived to a nearly full parking lot at 6:30. I voted around 7:50. I don't think it was that bad in 2016 or 2020. Here is twitter post from our location.
I’m in Mobile now, but that’s where my parents have to vote. Haven’t heard how packed it is there.
That was me at the end of the line at 6:45 this morning in Gluckstadt. About 150ish yards from the polling place (red dot). It went pretty quickly, though. I was out of there by 7:50.

Took me over 2 hours to vote. I am on the other side of the interstate on Yandall Rd. We vote at a tiny church on North Old Canton Rd. There is only parking for probably 40 cars. Some people were having to park almost 1 mile away and walk.
It was pretty packed there this morning. Don't know if it has slacked off any, but they did cancel school for students today (virtual only) for the entire PRC school district. Teachers still had to show up.
I've lived in Oxford since '15 and always vote at the same time on my way to work, and at the same place. There have never been more than maybe 5 people in front of me in the line and I've always been in and out in 15 minutes. This morning the parking lot was full, and they had 4 lines going, with probably 15 people in every line. It was nuts. The one other polling place I drive by on the way to work looked just as busy. I'll be curious to see if the turnout is really up or if it was just a sampling error on my part.
For years we've voted at a church about 1 mile from our house. In Nov 2020 my wife and I went down there together after work to vote, stood in line for ~20 minutes, got to the table, and the lady informed us that our voting precinct for federal elections only had been moved to a different part of town. So we got back in the car, drove down to the new place, stood in line for almost 30 minutes, and voted about 10 minutes after the polls were supposed to have closed - they let us vote because we were already in line and we explained about the precinct switch. Since then we've voted in other state/local elections back at the first church.
So this morning the wife says she's going to vote first before work. I reminded her about going to the alternate precinct because federal election. She got there and the lot was full, cars parking up and down the street, she said she had to walk ~100 yards from where she parked and then stood in line for about 30 min. Got to the front, and the poll-worker informed her that they changed our precinct...back to the original church right by the house where we've always voted. Wife walked back to the car, drove back to that church, stood in line for another ~30 min and finally voted.

Had to hike the distance of the Blue Ridge freaking parkway bc people dropped anchor everywhere there ain't no trees.

It's so nice to live in Texas and be able to early vote. One of these centuries, the 'Sip will wise up to this.
It was pretty normal mid morning here in Columbus but the poll workers said that early this morning they were slammed and had a long line Out the door.
I just got off the plane here in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to go vote and everyone on my flight was here to do the same thing. The lines are definitely long. Driving up to Michigan afterwards and will report back this evening once we get there.
Luckily I voted in my home state last week and was able to do my Wisconsin absentee ballot a month ago.

You must be a Democrat. If so, you'll also be able to vote well after you're dead and gone.
I heard 75MM people early voted.
Thats nearly half of who voted in 2020.
My election place is directly across my side street at a church and based on the chaos that was happening at 7am this morning and has continued thru the morning, apparently nobody in my precinct voted early.
It's mass chaos of cars and overflow parking.
Even still, it took 10min to vote.
I can't imagine standing in the lines ive seen past years from GA and elsewhere.

Moving from Grace Crossing to that church is one of the worst decisions ever made.
I live on Yandell Rd. We used to vote at the tiny church on N. Old Canton Rd. but it has been changed (this year) to the clubhouse at Deerfield Golf Course. My wife and I went to vote around 9 AM and we're in/out in about 15 minutes. I know of no other voting places out here on N. Old Canton Rd. A casual Google search of voting places in Madison Co. show NO OTHER voting places on N. Old Canton Rd. near Yandell Rd. There is a voting place on N. Old Canton Rd. in Madison (The City) but if you live on Yandell, as you claimed, you would NOT be voting in Madison (The City). I'm going to come right out and say you are lying and full of ****. Prove me wrong. Just for fun, explain why you would even post such an easily disproved pile of crap like what you posted? What do you stand to gain by being such a lying piece of guano?
The wife and I voted last Thursday in Leander at the library. There was a line, but they let me go to the front because I had a cane and was parked in a handicapped spot. They are very nice and very patient.
This is one of the biggest turnouts since I started voting in 1980.
If you are over 65 you can vote early in Mississippi, otherwise you have to meet absentee voter requirements.
I live right off of Yandell and Fairview MB Church is still a polling location. If you happened to just look south on N Old Canton from the Yandell intersection you would have seen cars parked at the old Deerfield Mini Mart and people parked on the side of the road all the way down to the church.
