I moved down here about 20 years ago thinking we had about 20 years until it's underwater and I have to leave. Right about on schedule.
Of course now there are other very strong reasons to get the hell out of this three ring circus of a state.

4' is not too shabby for a young buck. Keep at it. Probably expensive out there though.
