Wow...Las Cruces is about as far south you can go and still be in the U.S. Nice town, a bit dusty and dry. Close to White Sands. Not as nice as Tucson, which is a few hours west.

My first duty station in the AF was Holloman AFB next to Alamogordo, NM. White Sands Missile Range/Proving grounds sits between Holloman and Las Cruces - many miles between the two. Las Cruses is a nice southwestern town. I think Jamarri will receive much more PT @ NMSU.
