IMHO JF will NEVER be a candidate for an NFL head coaching job. He’s a recruiter and CEO type. He is not a tactician or good on game day. Not sure he is heavily involved in game day coaching, clock management, etc. I’m not saying all HC in the NFL are that, but I don’t see how JF fits in the league.
He seems like he would be a GREAT AD someday though.

He would be a great AD. His strengths seem to be sales and organization. He is definitely out of his league on Saturday. He has to be deeply involved. It's the same stupid decisions and mismanagement regardless of who the coaches are under him.

Agreed. And not only does he come across as a genuinely good person who builds relationships, but I can see him raising a lot of money and also finding and hiring great talent. He’s been fairly successful with some of his hires. I would gladly take him as an AD any day.
