Will the redshirt freshman Wheatley really jump ahead of 4th year player Ellis, as well as Reed who played last season as a true freshman, to start at Safety?
Also interesting that the first year JC player Mills is now at LB. If Franklin releases a depth chart the LB lineup should be interesting. Where is Buddin playing? Has Carter's splash, for a late arriving freshman, been enough to get him a spot on the depth chart? Hope Diaz has worked some magic with this group as if he has the defense has a chance to be excellent.
