What the hell was Dakota doing? Caught stealing third with two outs and Hunter Hines at the plate?
I'll say it again, why in the hell are we still in third with two out? Are we really that stupid?
I'm looking at live stats at work, was that a straight steal or ball in dirt? Either way you don't try that with 2 outs. That's basic fundamentals.
DJ trying to do something heroic every at bat, every time on base. Just needs to play smart baseball.

I quit playing baseball at 11-12 years old, but had already been taught that you NEVER make the 1st of 3rd out going to 3rd base!
It made sense because he knew he could score on a sac fly with Hines at the plate...

...oh wait, we lose by 1...
At least 1 person is. It's ok though, Goat says that's top notch game management though so that makes it good
I thought you were insinuating they might have our signs. I don't think there were any signs to steal.
He should no longer have that freedom. We are about to be in the postseason. You have to have situational awareness. There's no tag up in play so why steal 3rd? You don't make the 3rd out at 3rd base ever. Only one play can score you if you make it, and a hit is more likely than a ball to the backstop at this level.
At least we are pitching well today. He looks really comfortable out there.
Would be great if he could go 7-8 innings today.
The way he’s pitching it he could go 9 easily.
Missouri is out of the SECT and the postseason so why not swing away on every pitch
I thought that cy young was pitching for Missouri the way he's mowing down most of our hitters. Strikeout, strikeout, pop it up.
Watch how many times we watched strike two go across the plate.

This may be the dumbest base running team in the history of baseball. At any level down to coach pitch.
