1) No job dropping surprise here, but Louisville wins 3A easily. They could win the 4A if they played in it, IMO.
2) South Panola won't go undefeated. I think they will lose atleast 3 games.
3) Madison Central shut out a very good Lafayette County team. Has Bobby improved MC that much or is LC not as good as advertised? Maybe both?
4) Fulton (IAHS) will give people fits in the 4A North. They soundly whipped Amory and have 2-3 D-I prospects. Shannon, West Point, and Noxubee Co. better look out.
5) Noxubee County is the real deal. Maybe the fastest team in North MS.
6) Aberdeen is really, really fast. Lots of athletes. I'd like to see them and Noxubee in a track meet.
7) O.k. as bad as I hate to say it, Tupelo is going to be very good. Bumphis is awesome and yes, so is Garrett (<font face="Tahoma" size="2">who completed 10-of-11 passes for 137 yards, did not play in the second half).</font> However, somebody better be checking out this Heard kid. He's the number three wide receiver behind Bumphis and Justin Bean (Kentucky commit). He had the best numbers of them all from the line of scrimmage Friday night (<font face="Tahoma" size="2">Heard caught six passes for 72 yards and 3 touchdowns).
