There was one man that meets all we are asking for: Head Coach Experience, Hitting Coach, Never allow our players to be soft or to use excuses, Social Skills. The debating is over, here is the man! I dont think the word "*****" could ever be used to describe one of our players again!

Pete gets a rap as being a "bad manager"- probably unfairly.

I would kind of like Billy Martin if he were still alive. He knew how to get the most out of his players, and he wouldn't accuse us of putting pressure on players after several tours with Steinbrenner and the New York media. He was also slightly unstable, which oddly enough seems very conducive to winning championships. The rumors about Diamond Girls that he knocked up would be pretty good MB fodder as well.
