Greg Byrne:

* The steel for the video board should start going up in 48 hours.
* Middle of October is not out of the question, but he'll take having the video board for the last couple games of the year.
* The sleeper bus will be used primarily by the olympic sports for road trips, and perhaps football recruiting (?). Everyone in the ath. department will be able to use it, so legally the football team can use it -- I guess to bus recruits from the locker rooms to the stadium or dinner. Greg mentioned getting another sleeper bus to replace an older bus sometime down the road.
* He's talked to his dad (A&M AD) about starting a baseball & basketball series. Football is out of the question because of the 10 year contract A&M has with Arkansas.
* Our goal every year is a 7th home game. There's a good chance we can have 7 home games for the next 3 years.
* Improvements to Davis Wade: What do we do with the North endzone? We don't need to build a 100k seat stadium to increase revenue, but to create high-end amenities like club seats, sky boxes, etc.
* Media seating at football and basketball games: We're going to do court-side seating at the Hump this season, and move the media elsewhere to open up that revenue stream.

Jim Tompkins (former LB coach)

* Likes flying down to a game on game day, because you get to keep the same schedule.
* Lost a couple kids in recruiting to Tennessee's 100k plus stadium.

Gene Swindoll:

* Tyson Lee gives State a different look and has gained the confidence of the coaching staff.
* Actually asked a good question about the new SEC media contract making it possible to buy another home game.

That is awesome. I wonder if the barrier will still be there?

Get ready for Jack's broadcast quality to suffer. That man cannot see very far. Perhaps the media can move away from the court except for Jack alone who gets a courtside seat by himself. The seats adjacent to Jack could be the highest priced seats in the building. In stead of "Jack Nicholson" seats, we'd have "Jack Cristil" seats. Pay out the nose and sit next to the legend as he calls the game.

Jack sits between the lower and upper levels in the student section.

The chairs are going to be big maroon leather chairs.
They might have the M-State logo in the head rest.
They are still in the bidding process. This coming from one of the bidders.
