TUSCALOOSA - Hanging on the locker of every Alabama football player is a laminated letter-sized collage.</p>

On top is a picture of the scoreboard from the Crimson Tide's 17-12 loss to Mississippi State. Near the bottom is the scoreboard from the 21-14 loss to Louisiana-Monroe.</p>

In the middle are words such as "Work" and "Commitment" and "Perseverance."

At the very bottom is a saying that coach Nick Saban often repeats: "If you continue to do what you've always done, you'll get the same results. Guaranteed."</p>
