Garcia has great hands on defense. He’s been a nice surprise off the bench this year so far

Great effort tonight. Good to see.

I think Brooks has to become a consistent 17+ point a night guy. He is a skilled dude and needs to be the guy we look for 8n tight games.

Bump, so I don't have to see a Covid quarrel thread at the top while we are playing a basketball game.

Somebody say something interesting about a good 1st half by our basketball team.

Didn’t realize Furman had beaten Louisville earlier this season.

Furman moves the ball really well

The truth is if we play with this kind of effort night in and night out and shoot better than we have in our losses we are a problem for a whole lot of teams.

With a bit better outside shooting vs CSU and Minnesota, this team is looking to go 10-1 tonight rather than 8-3. Glad to see so much effort, it gives me a lot if hope.

Here we go on a dry spell with turnovers and no field goals with them hitting some 3’s to get it close.

In typical MSU BKB fashion...

Hump is the home of more career highs than any other venue. I kid you not.

This is just ridiculous. There is no excuse for this. I know they are not a pushover but we have too much talent to continue falling apart

I have zero problems with Cross as an announcer. He’s good & fair.

14 threes… 8-10 from 3 for Hunter. We finally start face guarding him and stop helping off. They are beating us off the dribble every single possession and just kick it to an open man after we help and they knock the three down. Infuriating

Just another inexcusable loss as a huge favorite by a poorly coached team. The offensive sets are drawn up on the sidelines by a upward coach. I've seen junior high teams move the ball on offensive more effectively than this bunch.

On a 9-2 run. Just took a one point lead with 48 seconds left. Cam Matthews making huge defensive plays to potentially save this one

Furman misses a WIDE OPEN three with 7 seconds left that would’ve given them the lead. We hold on to win… Molinar, Jeffries go 1 for 2 each on free throw opportunities down the wire and Brooks missed the front end of a 1 and 1. Honestly shouldn’t have won that one but we did. A win is a win. UGLY!

Anyone that plays us can get a wide *** open 3 whenever they want. We never change defensive looks and are so predictable. Been like that for the last 7 years. I’m sick of this 17ing ****. Something has to change after this year. Not sure what’ll be done, but if Howland is back, Brooks and McCray better not be on that bench. Our best defense is crossing our fingers and hoping they miss. Furman was the better coached and prepared team tonight. Not even close.

And yes I know we won. Let’s raise a banner and celebrate beating a team at home in which we were favored by 9.

I seen junior high learning disabled able to put together more accurate and readable posts.

It’s my fault we almost lost. I left at halftime to get some dog food at Walmart, thought I could get back only missing a few minutes. Ha! I forgot it’s a week till Christmas. When I got back is when we went on our run to take back the lead. I won’t let it happen again.

I'll take credit for the win. After we got down in the second half, I got disgusted and quit watching. Then checked in to see we won by 3. This seems to work often for me. You're welcome.

There's a football game on the SEC Network you should definitely check out right now.
