From what I've read here PSU's facilities are far behind the top tier programs. Currently there is a $50M? renovation project at Lasch and rumors of additional upgrades to follow.
So, a few questions come to mind....
1. When the current project is complete, where will that land PSU on the list?
2. New housing for the players has been discussed. Are there any plans or rumors of plans on where/when this might occur? A phased tear-down of the Nittany Apartments makes sense, but would take a prolonged time and would displace current (or current at the time of construction) players into what might be even worse housing.
3. What other facilities does Penn State not have or are substandard compared to their peers?
If Franklin truly was concerned about the other 364 days of the year, I assume some of this must have been addressed as part of his negotiations.
