I'm sure he's aware. I don't know that it means much in terms of which way Harbor is leaning. Either way, he'll be on board or not by 2 pm, so that's why it was scheduled then. I thought these pressers were usually later in the day, so not sure why 2 pm was picked, but I don't know how much can be read into it.
