Gamecocks down 4-3 in T9. Runners on 1st and 2nd with 1 out. Michael Braswell pinch hitting. Come on kid!
Crazy good hit. Going with the pitch, hitting behind the runners and all that good stuff. Man he needed that. We needed that. Whooo!Gamecocks down 4-3 in T9. Runners on 1st and 2nd with 1 out. Michael Braswell pinch hitting. Come on kid!
Braswell made the game winning plays on offense and defense. Nice job by a late pinch hitter and sub at 3rd base.Great play by Braswell at 3rd. Checks the runner and 1 down. I mean REALLY good play there. Easily could’ve been a tied game.
I’m sorry what??? I can never comprehend what you say due to your avatar.Gotta give Kingston credit in this one. Pushed all the right buttons! Reminded me of Tanner in his heyday.....
Yes he did. That ball hit to him is probably a 50/50 ball. And then to turn, check the runner, and make an accurate throw…huge play.Braswell made the game winning plays on offense and defense. Nice job by a late pinch hitter and sub at 3rd base.
I really hate the robot... but suck-butt umps sure do make it appealing.Today was a prime example of the need for a robotic strike zone. The batters, pitchers, and especially the clueless HP umpire had NO idea what the strike zone was.
Kingston is famous for thinking we can play smallball on rare occasions even though we hardly ever use it... like it's just gonna be there. Problem is we dont knock the rust off when we could. We bunt and lead runner thrown out at 3rd. Stupid.
Edit: Play being reviewed & should stand
Don’t like that strategy at all. Chance for a big inning and you’re giving them an out? And then get the lead runner thrown out on top of that? Nope, don’t like it at all.
Still 4-1?Pretty sure the 10 run rule applies this year to all conference games. Would love to get one on uga. Might even be a first under the new rule.
Appears they bunt better as well....This team puts the bat on the ball and sprays to all fields, which is a major improvement over recent teams.
But wait, there's more...5-1 but yeah...
Wait 8-1
