Just threw a dime to put the Cuse up 32-29 with 7 seconds left. Was a beautiful and super accurate 25 yard throw.

Gosh at the penalty flags in that game. Happy for Shrader he’s had a lot of bad coaching since leaving HS.

He had a lot of help to get there but the TD throw was really something. I'm glad he found another home and is successful. I don't think I've every seen a kickoff at the 10 yard line. Double non-sportsmanlike penalties? I would love to know what they said.

I still think that Shrader and Mullen together could’ve been something special

Shrader was committed to JoMo and Penn State and followed JoMo to State. He'd have never played for Mullen. Mullen didn't recruit him.

Understood, I just remember watching Shrader back in ‘19 and thinking that he and Mullen would’ve been quite the duo. Maybe he didn’t have the same arm as Dak or quite the same wheels as Fitz, but he looked from day 1 to me like a QB that Mullen would’ve turned into a household name by his 3rd year

Another former dog, Key Thompson has had a big day today with 9 catches and 118 for Virginia who is about to get beat by Old Dominion.

Woulda coulda shoulda. Even though he was a JoeMo recruit, Shrader would have thrived under Mullen as a more talented Fitzgerald. Not sure anybody could thrive in Moorehead's offense.

I agree 100%. I was just making the point that he was never even on Mullen's radar to recruit. He'd have been a beast in that offense
