is a long shot, but the upside is that most of the talent on this team is coming back. The thing that concerns me is I don't know that there are any stand out high school players in MS that can step in and follow these guys.
With regard to the facilities, agree that the power line along the western edge of the course is horrible, but our University Course has actually really improved in the last year. Nothing against the guy that left, but the new director of golf has got the course playing great. They have also installed a virtual reality swing lab that videos the swing and identifies problems. When I played out there the other day one of the PGM students working in the pro shop told me that they were planning to expand the practice facility as well. Most importantly the greens are not only covered, but are putting well.
Having said that I agree that the MSU course in no way stacks up Waverly. It would be nice to use Waverly for recruiting if nothing else.
