That got way down in the weeds. But it illustrates clearly the difference in NFL coaching and college coaching. Urban said it best recently, he spent 80% of his time recruiting, so imagine how simple the concepts are. Saban's and Smart's offenses/defenses are remarkably simple.

Dave Bartoo said it best, if you want to make it in the NFL, your best shot is not going to the teams that have the overwhelming talent. Go learn how to actually do things.
