The Grizzlies own the fifth and 28th picks in the first round, and Gordon was particularly impressive. He made 8-of-10 3-pointers during one stretch, and was a physical defensive presence.

The Grizzlies have a habit of wasting young talent, which may be a product of the coaches from the past. I would like to see him get a guarateed contract, but don't want to see him not get a chance either.
