...or maybe he is just doing what a **** ton of other players are doing and declaring so they can see what the need to improve on.

i wouldnt put it past him to see him unable to play next season as well.

Yea, they took away the requirement for the student to pay back travel expenses. So, all of these guys are just testing the waters for free. I think it's a good idea. </p>
